Ask them if they would be willing to add this as a bonus to their product in exchange for a link to your site. If they agree to this then you will have a source of proven buyers who will be interested in your products and who will be tempted to join your e-mail list.

Another method to attract proven buyers to your list is to create a product and market it using a script such as rapid action profits. Offer affiliates the opportunity to promote this product for 100% of the profits. This is a win-win situation for everybody concerned. Your affiliates will earn 100% commissions on your product and you will gain a proven buyer on your e-mail list.
